What products does RainofToys.com offer?
Building block toys are displayed on the website, but if you want to purchase any Chinese products, you can contact us
Does it come with the original color box?
You can choose, usually, when you place an order, there are two options: No original box, With original box. If you choose With original box, we will ship the original colored box to you. However, it should be noted that the goods sent With the original box may be slightly squeezed during long-distance transportation. Therefore, if you cannot accept it, please choose No Original Box, it is cost-effective.
Does it come with any minifigures?
Of course! All sets will come with corresponding mini-figures, and images of the mini-figures will no longer be displayed on the website.
Do I need to pay additional taxes and fees?
Orders placed with us already include taxes, so there is no need to pay additional duties. If the package is unfortunately inspected and the buyer needs to pay customs duties, please contact us first!
Replacement Parts
What should I do if I find parts missing/broken?
Please mark them on the instructions book immediately and we will arrange a resending for it.
How do I request a reissue of parts?
Please see our Replacement Parts Policy for more details.
Do I need to pay for the replacement parts?
No. We offer one free resending replacement part service on each set.
Is there a time limit for requesting replacement parts?
Requests for replacement parts can be submitted within 1 year of receipt of the package.
What the process is like?

We will complete the preparation and delivery of the package within 15 days after registering the information.
Pre-Sale Orders
What is a pre-sale product?
It means the set is about to be available soon or it’s on its way to our warehouse.
When will the pre-order be shipped?
We cannot decide or confirm the specific availability date, but we will try our best to confirm it and send it out as soon as it is in stock.
If the pre-sale price is higher, can the difference be refunded?
Certainly. It’s best to contact us first.
How do I ship my order when it contains pre-ordered and in-stock products?
We will give priority to shipping products that are in stock, and when pre-sale products arrive, they will be shipped in order. This means your order will have a total of two or more packages.
Order Process
How to place an order?
Select a product and select your address to view estimated shipping costs. Finally, enter your complete address on the checkout page, check the total price, and make payment.
What is the order confirmation process?
When you submit an order and pay, the order status displays “Awaiting Shipping”, indicating that the payment is successful, and we will send an order confirmation email. If the order status is abnormal, please contact us immediately.
How can I modify or cancel an order?
Please contact us via email as soon as possible! By the time the package started shipping it was too late. Please check all information carefully before making payment.

Why are there several tracking numbers in the order detail?
