We offer the option of a 15-day return option. We are unable to take orders for delivery to PO Boxes services.

When agreeing to return the product, the buyer needs to pay the shipping fee first, and after the package is sent, contact us promptly to inform us of the waybill number and photo of the receipt for paying the shipping fee, and we will refund the corresponding shipping fee.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order unconditionally before your package officially starts shipping.

If the package has already started shipping, we will try our best to intercept the package, but success is not guaranteed, so please be sure to double-check all information on your order.

For successfully canceled orders, you will receive a full refund.

Returns and Refund

We accept returns on products. You have the right to request the return within 15 days of receipt. We sell compatible sets and do not accept returns and refunds on the basis that the LEGO or LEPIN model has not been received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must be in its original packaging and not missing or damaged, and we reserve the right to pursue actions that affect secondary sales. Please attach a picture of the package when sending a return request. The return request will be approved after all reviews are passed.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping
Personal reasons, including but not limited to:
· Filling in the wrong address information causes the package to fail to be delivered normally
· Received products that are not Lego or Lepin products
· Don’t like or want
· It’s not fun to open the bag and start construction.
· Wrong return information leads to return failure and the need for a second return

The seller is responsible for the return shipping costs
Objective reasons, including but not limited to:
· Received the wrong package and sent it back for resend
Please fill in the correct delivery address we sent. The buyer will be fully responsible for any failure in return due to an incorrect address filled in by the buyer.

After receiving your return refund request and the tracking number of your return package, once the return package arrives, we will inspect the package and send you an email confirming receipt. Once completed, your refund will be processed and you will receive a response or refund within 2-7 business days.

After the seller agrees to the refund, if you do not receive the refund, please check your bank account first and contact your credit card company. It will take about 3-7 working days to officially issue the refund.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
